Don’t Drink … Gamble!

[ English ]

If you like to have a drink every once in a while, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all cash, plastic credit and checks at home. Grab whatever cash you intend to spend on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you expect to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You can experience a success following a inebriated night out with your comrades and be blessed enough to catch a long roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that story because it is as brief as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and bet. The two simply don’t mix.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for excessive actions is compulsory. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink and gamble. If you can afford to be wasteful with your money nary a concern, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your hooched up self throws away every little thing!

Allow me to take this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my condominium, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and wager.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink a lot, once I drink alcohol, it’s certainly sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
