Casino Queen is based in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are one hundred and fifty beds and 7 penthouses accessible at the casino. The casino occupies27,500 square feet and provides several features. In addition to betting, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 patron paddle wheeler, a 140 spot motor home court and easy access to MetroLink light-train station.
